Joe is the current manager of PRAS. With over 15 years experience in High Performance sport, Joe has helped initially set up PRAS and also maintain its status as a premier RTD  Academy. Joes major roles include all strategic decision making, athlete selection procedures, sponsorship opportunities as well as the day today operations of the academy. Joe is well equipped to run PRAS with a masters degree in Sports Management and having also been an elite athlete in his junior days.  



Tracey Van der Laan - Head Strength and Conditioning Coach

 Tracey is the current Head Strength and Conditioning Coach of PRAS. With several years of experience coaching high performance athletes, Tracey brings a broad of knowledge of sport and coaching to the program . The main roles undertaken by Tracey include; preparing and delivering strength and conditioning plans, testing of athletes and liaising with coaches. Tracey holds a degree in Exercise and Sport Science as well as certificates in Strength and Conditioning and Pilates.  


Corey Morris - Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach

  Hi, I’m Corey, I have been involved in semi-professional sport for the past 9 years playing WAFL football with Peel Thunder. I am a qualified personal trainer with the Australian Institute of Fitness and also a Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach with the ASCA. I am currently studying Exercise, Sports and Rehabilitation Science at Curtin University with the aim to one-day end up in the elite sporting environment as a Strength & Conditioning coach
